The character of Boyce Fox is referenced in the “Fifty Shades” books, though he does not technically make an appearance in the narrative. The character will be fleshed out in the “Fifty Shades Darker” movie, as Boyce Fox is the first author who Ana signs as an editor at publishing company SIP.
“Fifty Shades Darker” whips into theaters on Feb. 10, 2017, while “Fifty Shades Freed” arrives on Feb. 9, 2018. The sequels are currently being shot back-to-back in Vancouver.

Best known for playing Derek Hale on MTV’s “Teen Wolf” and Martin Brewer on “7th Heaven,” Hoechlin has been revving up his film career lately after first breaking out as Tom Hanks‘ son in “Road to Perdition.” He recently wrapped “Stratton” with Dominic Cooper Tom Felton and Austin Stowell, and he’ll soon be seen in Richard Linklater‘s college comedy “Everybody Wants Some.”
Hoechlin, who also operates Black Pearl Productions, is represented by UTA, Management 360 and attorney Todd Rubenstein of Morris Yorn.
